Fulbright stipends are available for students who will undertake a partial or complete Master or Ph.D. degree in the United States. Students who have already begun their degree at an American university in the United States are not eligible. Stipends for traditional students are available in all disciplines and can be used at any accredited American university. Stipends are only available for students planning a minimum of one academic year study in the United States.

The Fulbright Science and Technology stipend is a generous stipend for academically outstanding students who wish to earn a Ph.D. in Science and Technology in the United States.  Grantees receive three years of funding from ECA followed by support from their U.S.host institution until the completion of Ph.D.
