Scholarships for Fulbright Alumni

The Monterey Institute of International Studies is pleased to offer scholarships ranging from $4,000-$14,000 per year

Fulbright Alumni are given preferential consideration for Monterey Institute Scholarships, which are competitive and merit-based for students interested in professional, international careers. For maximum consideration, students should submit the application for admission and all support materials, including transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation resume and statement of purpose, by the priority deadlines.

For Fall semester there are three rounds of scholarship selection: 

December 1, February 1, and March 15.

The Spring semester priority deadline is: 

October 1.

Late applications will be considered for scholarships on a funds-available basis.

The Monterey Institute of International Studies is a small, private graduate school that educates American and international students for professional, global careers in international business, the international policy world, translation and interpretation, and language teaching.
