The 2010 Summer Institute for Outstanding European Students is a five-week program for students between 18-22, held in the
United States. Up to six students from Norway will be able to participate. All costs are covered. NB! New application deadline:

The Fulbright Arctic Chairs Program in Norway and the U.S. will officially begin during the 2010-11 academic year. Thanks
to a generous donation of 6 million NOK from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this four year pilot initiative will
promote transatlantic mobility in the increasingly high-profile field of Arctic Sciences.

The Fulbright Roving Scholar Program brings American teachers to Norway who travel all over the country giving presentations
for teachers and students in lower and upper secondary schools free of charge. These presentations address a variety of topics
including the U.S. government, immigration, specific teaching strategies, and the American teenage experience. Three Roving
Scholars are available to visit your school during the 2009-2010 school year.
